is it normal to be able to lose 15 pounds in one day? im a mixed martial arts fighter and all summer i have trained really hard during the week and tryed to gain weight over the weekend after intense workouts, but im losing to much weight, at first it was a few pounds then about 8, 10 and finally i lost 15 pounds in one day, im looking frail and i need to stay strong but how? am i normal? i cant eat anymore than i do but i still need to train hard? help?
