Hello I am am man from Europe who want to get work visa to stay in USA get green card permanent residentcy. I am hommosexual, can i get marraige in States which allow g*y marriage and stay in USA? My sister come and live with a man in minisota and now she has passporte.

No. Immigration is regulated by the federal government which does not recognize same s*x marriages for immigration purposes.

You probably shouldn't have posted that question on here. Now the government is going to be on your ***. I'm not very sure about that since, most states DON'T ALLOW g*y marriages. Good luck.

Marriage for the purpose of getting a Green Card is fraud, just to enlighten you.
