  1. u are kidding.......ofcourse u can't  & well it helps u in one way i.e. it really tells what ur heart thinks(even if u don't do it because it maybe not right for u but it can make u happy at least) as at that time ur mind is not heavy on ur heart.

  2. you can only dream about what you want lay in bed and think about what you want to dream concentrate don't let your thoughts trail into what your going to eat for breakfast or wear to school or work concentrate  play it over in your mind don't over play it or that will turn into a nightmare just make a movie and if your still thinking about it while you are about to hit that rim you will dream about it just to let you know you will not get a good nights sleep you will never go over the rim your mind will just stay there in a stance so don't expect a good night sleep after doing this

  3. I used to lucid dream..that's what it's called, however it takes alot out of you. It just takes practice. Thinking about what you are going to dream especially right before going to sleep. I would also talk out loud prior to falling asleep about the events i wanted to dream of. This seemed to put my brain in that place. Good luck

  4. You can't really.

  5. Look at your hands.

    then you can act.

  6. it is called lucid dreaming and it takes practice and study to do so, although, some people have a natural ability to do this.  you might be gifted.  google search lucid dreaming to begin this fun and fulfilling new journey.

  7. Just my opinion. We can tell our inner self that we want to dream of certain things but we cannot control the outcome of the dreams. Sometime dreams actually relaxes our mind so don't control it, just let it be. Goodnight and have a sweet and wonderful dream.

  8. its called lucid dreaming it means your dreaming but you know its not real.

cheak this out it may help you understand

  9. This is gonna sound weird to other people but tell yourself that they are gonna be at a certain spot and then go there. It works everytime for me.

  10. buy a remote control 4 ur dreams & change the channel

  11. if we were meant to control our dreams we would have a switch behind our ear or something....it's not healthy to think about what you want to dream about because it will take you away from reality when you need to be there the most. it's okay every now and again when you have a blissful day but -BE CAREFUL

to control your dreams you need to sum up the events in one brief statetment i your mind and repeat it in your head over and over or write it and read it to yourself immediately before you get in bed. that might work to. you'd be surprised

  12. yes,i can make myself have a certain dream that as a

dancing girl I  joined their concert.Only music was heard

recorded, and  those  were  not  found. However, just after

the dance for about four hours over, the award was annonced, but, due  to  heavy clapping noise by the audience

and  crowd, dream  was broken.I  experienced amazed.

    Try this!

  14. i don't know how to completely control them but i fould that if you wake super early in the morning (and you dont have to get up and go anywhere) and you are sort of still asleep bit kinda awake (it's hard to explain) you can sorta control it.

  15. Just think about them before you go to sleep...and ask that you get to meet them...

When you wake up from the dream where you cannot find them....ask to see them, meet them and then fall back asleep.

You can continue a dream for quite a while doing this....make them any way you want....HUGS!!!  May take some practice but it will work....

  16. By lucid dreaming, which is when you're aware that you're dreaming WHEN YOU'RE DREAMING! If you know that you are asleep in bed during sleep, then you can control every aspect of your dream. When you're in a lucid dream, you would know what day of the week it was, you would be able to access all of your conscious memories, and your head will be clear as a bell. In a lucid dream, you can literally do ANYTHING.

  17. If you can't do what everyone else said about lucid dreaming, try talking or thinking about exactly what you want to dream about, as you're falling asleep.

When you sleep, you sleep in stages.

There are five stages to sleeping, I believe.

You dream in the REM stage.  [Rapid Eye Movement]

When you are about to fall asleep, and feel like you can barely move, but you can still think, that's when you need to start thinking or talking about what you want to dream about.

I really hope that made any sense.

  18. try lucid dreaming it take's hard work and concentration... all you have to do is think about the jonas brothers b4 bed and eventually you will dream about them. n if you remember what you ate b4 you went to sleep the 1st time you dreamed of them eat it again. i read somewhere that what you eat affects your dreams. hope this helps :-)

  19. I do not know what to tell you but the answer you got from the rest are quite good and I will try to practice some of the techniques they advised you.

  20. Your dream can be the unexpected dream, all you do is control your dream, and there's no one else controlling you. Sometimes, your subconscious wants to gather everything in your brain like...you probably had a test to take in your dream, you noticed some of the subjects but it doesn't make any sense at all. Your dreams want you think of all of the other things in life that are much important than the Jonas Brothers (No offense). Remember, you are in control of your own dream, not lacking off to let something to expect something to happen. Last time I did, I wanted to use my super powers in my dreams; however, I was trying to run away from angry mob. What I should have done was use my powers to get the angry mob to understand what I was doing. If I did, in my dream, the villain wouldn't have me defeated by having the mob holding onto me. The villain took my powers and I felt useless. I wanted to figt back; therefore, the mob was very strong. After that, there's nothing I could do was talk to my imaginary friend. That's the part I did control of. I hope I give the best advice to you. I don't even know how everybody else does that. It's not that simple to come up with simple advice.

  21. For me it has worked this way. For years I didn't have any dreams, or at least none that I was aware of or remembered. Then when my marriage broke up, for several more years I had the same recurring dream where, I would always be begging my ex-wife to come back. The back ground of the dream was always vague, but it always ended in my ex saying no to me.

This used to annoy me no end, and I had no control how often this dream happened, or when it would happen. To make it worse, I would just feel like I was making progress in regards to recovering from all this, when this dream would occur again.

Now that I am studying counselling at university and have been for some time, I have started to learn several ways to cope with life as a single again. One of the fantastic new therapies around now, Solution Focused Narrative Therapy has literally revolutionised my cognitive processing abilities.

When I started gaining more control and planning in my own life, things really started to turn around for me. First thing I noticed was the recurring dream over my ex-wife suddenly stopped by itself completely on its own. What a relief that was for me. Now if I have what some other answers have called a lucid dream, where you are aware that you are dreaming, and yet able to think as you do while awake, then the outcomes are totally different. If it's a bad dream or one bordering on becoming a night mare, then my mind immediately kicks into gear and says Noooo! Meaning, I am  not happy with the direction the dream has started to take. My mind takes over completely as this point and narrates the dream towards a successful conclusion that I am happy with and can also live with.

The results have been  totally fantastic. I have had some of the best dreams that I am ever likely to have in the last two years. Some of which I can remember in quite good detail for 2-3 weeks after having the dream. I am obviously very much a fan of having lucid dreams now, and they have become such a therapeutic blessing to me. Why? Because I am in control and every thing ends well. Just think it all started from me learning to take more control and more responsibility for my normal conscious life each day.
