Question:

I can never sleep...Insomnia..

I have insomnia and no matter how hard i try..no matter how relaxed i am, i cannot fall asleep. I think its because i think too much about things so my mind cant rest.

Are sleeping pills the way to go? Or is there something else I can do?

  1. I also have insomnia. You might ask your doctor to prescribe Ambien, I hear it works wonders.

    Excercise and/or lots of fresh air is also great for sleepytime.

  3. If you get enough excercise through the day, your body should be tired when it's time to sleep.

    I'd try excercising more during the day.

    Or sleeping pills work too.

  5. i hav it too, but more extream even. i only am able to sleep about 5 hours a week

    sometimes i will myself to sleep by imagining dreams that i want to have, and it relaxes me enough to get me to sleep or at least to feel rested enough to get up in the morning
