im glad hes back. he was forced to retire b/c the packers made him choose on the spot whether to stay or leave. if the packers dont want him then just let him go and release him. let brett farve make his own choice i mean theres no need to make him like ur slave for the next 2 years. plus he should be the starter b/c everyone knows rodgers wont be any good so they should just start matt flynn.

Brett needs to stay retired, period-- end of discussion. Pocket the generous offer given to you by the Packers, keep your legacy as the TOP STATISTICAL quarterback to ever play the game, do not hurt your chances with the Green Bay front office to help out with the team when needed and go play with your kids and wife! It might just turn out to be a good idea

They gave Favre and the Packers enough time to come up with a deal.  And since they couldn't  finalize anything the commissioner Goodell decided enough is enough, I will reinstate him which forces the Packers to waive, keep, or trade Favre and Favre has to decide to take the deal or come back.  Goodell is doing what alot of us want done and that is for this to stop dragging out and have something finalized.

Yep I don't really think Goodell had a choice because that selfish man will drag this out until dooms day. But if they go back on their word to Rodgers h**l awaits them. Its not fair nor is it right to Rodgers. Rodgers didn't take Brett's job he gave it away !!! and if they do this I wish nothing but bad for Brett and the Packer organization.
