I can not connect wirelessly

I can not connect wirelessly to my internet. I have a linksys cable modem and a linksys wirelesss router WRT545S.I also am using vista. Today I switched my internet provider from ATT to Comcast. I am conected to the internet with a cable hooked up to my router, yet I can not conect wirekessly. I was using this same wireless routwer with ATT just fine.
