  1. how old is your computer, i couldnt download it either, i didnt have enough space left or the right explorer, try updating your computer by going to upgrades in explorer and see if that works.


  2. Restart your computer & browser.

    Go to the following site and you can get the new version of yahoo.

    I believe it will only work on newer operating systems though. Windows 2000, XP, Vista.
