I can not find the section were it says reserve price when im trying to sell on ebay

ebay how do you put a reserve price on a item im selling on ebay baecause i saved it in a draft but i can not find the section were it says to set a reserve price

Go right underneath "Starting Price"

It says "No reserve price set for this item"

Click "Change" to the right.

If you've never used a reserve before, go to the spot where you entered a starting price, and click "Add or remove options" in the yellow bar at the top of that section.

Then you can select to use the Reserve feature.  When you close out that window, you'll see a Change link where you can set a reserve price.
