I can not find who called me from 915-658-1511. When I call it ti says that the number is no longer in use?

Can someone tell me if they know who's phone number tis is? I have tried searching different ways and can not find it.

That happened to me too. When I answered one of those calls, it's always telemarketing.

Something like this:

"Congratulations, you just won a Las Vegas Trip. If you want to collect your prize, please press 1..."

It seems that they found a way to use numbers out of service or some trick like that.

Formerly registered to a medical plaza on E Beauregard Ave in San Angelo, TX.

If you received the call recently, you could be a victim of Caller ID spoofing.  It's not illegal yet, but they're working on it:
