  1. Good luck with that one - had similar experiece. I could not get help from paypal because I could not login!!! Best way around it is to set up new account (with new email address), and use another payment option (check acc't, atm card, savings, etc). If you don't use all new info paypal will not allow access!! Again - good luck --------
