I can not seem to write DVDs anymore. I can watch DVDs, but when I insert a blank DVD the box that opens up only gives me the option to write CD's. Also if I look under my computer it recognizes that a DVD-R is in the drive but it says both the size and empty space is 0KB. Help please.
