I can not sell my house, should i sell by owner AND PAY 5% COMISSION TO BUYERS REALTOR ?

MY HOUSE IS ALREADY LISTED WITH A COMPANY AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY OFFERS EVEN THOUGH IS EXTREMELY UNDERPRICED. SHOULD I LIST IT SELL BY OWNER AND OFFER TO PAY HIGH COMISSION TO BUYERS AGENT SO HE CAN HELP ME PUSH THE SELL?

  1. I have heard that is the thing to do. Offer more to the buyers realtor.


  2. NO you need to switch your realtor.

    You can sell by owner if you like but set a price and let the buyer pay their own realtor. There is no need for you to rip your own self off. You have to watch out for some of these realitors because they will wait you out and then they will make you an offer and then sell it for a lot more then they paid you for it.

  3. If I were you, I would hire a good seller's agent, and let them do the dirty work for you. Good luck!

  4. Find a reputable & aggressive agent.  Then bury  St. Joseph in your front yard.  Trust me...it worked for me!
