If you're flying, take a small sample size in your carry on and put the regular size in your checked bag. If you're driving to the port then just take it in your carry on so that you have it with you until your larger bag gets delivered to your cabin. Bon Voyage.

No problem. ther aren't the restrictions on a ship you will find on a plane. You will have to put it in your checked luggage if it is over 3 oz

I'm pretty sure you can, that's for planes that they don't let you carry liquids, but even then they'll let you if it's under 3 ounces.

If you're not sure either, you might try bringing a travel size container, because for me that size would last probably a little more than a week.

Of course, but mine is usually with me on my carry-ons. I don't want to be without it and your other luggage may not get to your cabin till 6pm or after on the first day.
