I can play pool on yahoo but i cant play my league pool it says popup blocked but popup is off?

when i click my popup off i click yahoo games then click pool i can play but when i go to league pool it says popup blocked and it is off i'v tryed ctrl when i click off popups it still does not workcan not get to league pool to play
