I can post, but I don't get a copy back. Why?

The only time I see what I have posted is when others in the group post something that contains my post. Why do I not get a copy from the group directly to me?

some providers, like gmail, have a setting that figures you don't want a additional copy. there's a setting probably some where within your mail provider to change that.
