Start nationizing private business, slowly turning the nation into a socialist paradise to pay for it.

Once the business are all nationalized or have fled, forcing the government to criminalize all private ownership or attempts to leave the country (sound familiar?) without giving up their wealth, star lowering the bar on who the "rich" are.  Once there are no more people you can convincingly call "rich", blame a capitalist country for your woes, and get funds from other countries to cause the capitalists grief.  When the people get uppity about the terrible health care (but UNIVERSAL!) then have a revolution and start over.

You should run for President, that is what they all claim too, but is is totally impossible. The hardworkers will still have to pay for those who want or can not pay.
