I can"t run Opera Mini Browser on my Treo 700p. Someone help, please?

I used Opera Mini in the past and I uninstalled it. I've re-installed it back but, whenever I try running it on my Treo 700p, I get a message that says that I need to have an IBM Websphere Micro Environment Java VM for Opera Mini to run. Can anyone help with an idea of how I can get this Java VM?

or is opera mini browser comptible with your phone
