Actually its between 16-17 seconds for 150 meters. I used to be able to run that speed, but at that time my body was only strong in the chest, arms, and good at squats, and was very flexible. Now I'm quite fit, but need to become flexible again...

BUT assuming I can become extra flexbible again, how hard is it supposed to be to be able to keep up with the last place guys at the olympics?

  1. hard but not out of reach good luck

  2. Probably even for the last place guys pretty hard but if you keep training I can see that happining for you. That's a great time and just keep trying to shave off a second or so at a time. Good Luck!

  3. ( I dont run in races or even do it to keep in shape all that much, but im not bad )  lots of things in life are hard but you just got to get through them if you really want to, i would say you are very determined and even though its hard if you keep a positive attitude and stay on track to meet your goal and all that it will help you and you will have Olympic timing !!

    good luck!  GoPensGo !!
