I can see the picture of the video and hear it but i cant see it?

Well, that doesn't make sense, but if you downloaded your video with a USB cord then you probably CAN'T see it, but you CAN hear it, which means you need to download it via firewire.

Hehe, your question does not make much sense, does it:-). But I help you anyway... You are missing videocodecs needed for this particular video file.

Now, there is uncountable number of codecs and if you do not know exactly what to look for, I'd suggest this package, which has most if not all possible and impossible codecs. Works well on both XP and Vista.
