I can send emails but i cant recieve any??

Question

i have microsoft outlook on my home computer and i want to be able to check my email on my laptop too! i have windows mail on my laptop and i got it all set up and i can send emails. i sent one to my dad and he got it and i had him send one to me but it doesn't show up on my laptop email?? it shows up on my home email though?? and the other thing is that it doesn't show an error? what should i do i want to see my email on my new laptop!! help?!

quit using outlook and just sign in online and check your email

but i would say its a firewall problem but if its not think of any changes you have made to the computer and temporarily undo them
