  1. Tell me your operating system and client. Windows mail or outlook? I will check back and reply. Just add more details please. It can be from your firewall?

    Your isp could be blocking anything from another mac address. Go to your router configuration page, probable 192.168.2.1, 192.168.1.1, or 192.168.0.1

    Then clone your mac address so it's the same as your computer. Plug your computer directly in the router with a cable. If using vista, go to networking and connections enter and change your network to private or home.


  2. either a firewall or something is blocking port 25 outbound.   Maybe your ISP?
