Does that mean I have a good voice? Or can I just sing in harmony, and that's it? My dad says I have a good voice, but I think he's just biased. None of my brothers can sing in tune, only I can. I want to try out for choir at college this fall, but I don't want to tryout if I can't sing.

  1. being able to sing harmony probably means you have good pitch, which is a large part of singing well.  Singing harmony is also veryyy valuable in choirs!  They would probably love to have you, give it a try!

    have fun and good luck!

  2. if you can sing in harmony  then you are an exellent singer.  most singers, and some musicians, cannot play or sing in harmony because it is too hard.  singing in harmony is when you sing two different notes and they sound the same.  some examples when you do this is when you play or sing(try doing this on a piano) some example are the notes D and A together, D and G togetther, D and Bb toget her, and D and F together.  and those are just with the note D.  there is also the note C and A, F and A, and many many more.  singing harmony is really hard, so if you can do it then the coir at your college will be great with you.  dont listen to what anyone else says because you are a great singer if you know harmony!  hope i helped!

P.S.  im 14, can you believe it?  i still give great advice though
