  1. you can't made yourself a dream!!! no body has control over dreaming. just chill up and have a nice sound sleep without nightmare.

  2. hhmmm.. i read a book about dreams.

you only remember the dream if you wake up during one.

but most people like 97% have 4different dreams every nighttime.

i also read about dreams are something that you think of in the day and your brain "dreams" to dispose the extra unwanted information or its organizing your data.

think of your brain as a computer.

  3. i guess it happens to some people over time i think its more of a mental thing i havent had a dream in like a year for no good reason

  4. Everyone dreams every night, more than once. It is impossible to not dream if you are sleeping well.

The issue is that you're not remembering your dreams, they are forgotten as soon as you wake up. I don't think there's anything wrong with it - you can't make yourself remember your dreams so there's nothing you can do.
