I can somtimes see worms in my vision?

no idea what is it just look like worms.

Are they really small, and clear? I think I  see them too, especially when I'm looking through the window of my car for a long time.

That doesn't sound good at all. You should see your Dr. Not to make lite of it but I did see a House episode and a person had that.....See your Dr.
