I canceled my Music Plus Unlimited service but Yahoo REFUSES to refund my $72!!!! WHY???

I used my Mastercard to take advantage of the offer of 2 years instead of one. After four days, I opted to CANCEL but now Yahoo tells me that although I canceled, I cannot get a refund! I am livid! Anyone else experience this? I truly wish I had never gotten this service but now I am stuck with in for 2 years?!?!?!?! HORRID!!!

File an online complaint with the Better Business Bureau.  Also, you can contact your credit card company and ask them the procedure for disputed billing since you cancelled within the required time frame.  If you are absolutely positive that you correctly cancelled within the required time period, you can talk to your local district attorney and see if they can file charges.

I can't really help you with the cancellation, but since you're paying for it you might as well use it.  I've been a subscriber for 2 years now and have had no issues or a reason to cancel.

once they have your $$, no chance of getting it back, they expect you to use to product for the 2 years. It is why it is always best to do  indepth research b4 you hand $$$ over to  ANYONE.
