I cannot access Wii settings?

Question

Hi. I tried to change the wireless settings on my Wii couse right now I live at my granny's place.

But when I try to open Wii Settings it just tells me that Opera could not open a URL and that I should check the internet settings. Well that's what I'm trying to do but every time I try to open Wii Settings the same thing comes up.

I can't restore the thing couse I can't access the settings.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!

All the games work fine.
