I cannot access my files

I cannot access my files from Turbotax that I completed the whole return and there is an application error ttax.exe. It says in the description:';The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on ok to terminate." I have rebooted the computer many times to no avail. Also I took the disk out and blew off any dust from 1 week of usage. I lost all the hours I spent on my taxes for nothing? What type of product is this? It sure isnt easy for me to use for the first time. Please help me recover the stuff to file with the IRS. That was my next step after printing out a copy to review the return.
