I cannot add anyone and anyone can add me too what shall i do?

WHEN I ADD SOMEONE AS A FRIEND,ITS WRITTEN IN MY OUTSTANDING MESSAGES BUT IT SEEMS MY ADDRESSEE PERSON DOESNT RECIEVE MY INVITATION LETTER EVEN IF SOMEONE ADD ME I CANT RECIEVE HIS/HER INVITATION LETTER.

PLEASE HELP ME SOLVING THIS PROBLEM

Some people say you can only do 1 at a time and if you are waiting for someone else to agree, you can't add another person.

Hi there

We are ALL experiencing this problem right now about invitations .. not receiving testimonials etc. It appears to be a yahoo glitch. All we can do is keep trying til yahoo decides to fix this glitch.
