I am an avid Obama/Biden supporter, but being a bit of a political junkie I was VERY interested to see who McBush would pick as a running mate...I CANNOT believe he has picked Sarah Palin! What a slap in the face to all women of America...he thinks we are just that gullible that because she is a WOMAN we will vote for her? Women are not shallow, spiteful people that will vote for a woman just because of her anatomy! Sarah Palin is NOT Hilary Clinton, is not in the same playbook as Hilary not even in the same LEAGUE as Hilary! If Sarah Palin was a man with the same paltry credentials McCain would have NEVER picked him which shows he only did it because of her gender! Bad move McBush!! You are now McFu*ked!! Checkmate Obama! Election day is now just a formality!

Why a slap in the face? Just b/c she's not a bleeding heart who thinks the gov't should provide everything? Because she has a mind of her own and won't settle for business as usual? If that is the case, then you have a very narrow view of what a woman is supposed to be. I'll give you she's inexperienced but the Obamassiah hasn't even been a U.S. Senator for one full term. And for him to campaign on 'change' and then pick a Veep who's been in the Senate since before the end of the Vietnam war is a real slap in the face to middle America.

Either way, we're screwed in '09.
