I cannot change the main city for weather

Question

I've tried for over a year to remove the current main city for weather but as yet cannot get that city removed and one of the others moved up into the main spot. Any ideas??? Yahoo has not been helpful at all.

go to yahoo , which in my home page..click on weather, when it goes to that page, just under the city you now have it will say, change locations. click the far right icon there, a prompt will come up to type in the city, and it will ask you is you want to make it your default, click that or put a check mark there, see if that works
