When I'm at school learning a lesson I pay attention for only a few seconds then my mind starts wandering about non-related things and this is only in Math class and maybe Science sometimes in Math class my teacher does mental math with us by showing a problem and have to answer it with another classmate its like a game and it takes me a real long time to answer. Sometimes like reading class I have to read a question multiple times before I actually get it. What is wrong with me please someone please tell me?!?!??!

  1. I heard of this like fish oils which improve concentration.

Also make sure you eat brekkie every morning.

Also math is pretty boring so i dont blame you!

  2. maybe there are things that bother you or some problems that you are thinking about. and unconsciously you like doing this during math time because a) you don't feel happy about the subject b) the time schedule of the subject makes you feel sleepy c) you have problems at home d) you simply hate the subject or e) you don't like your teacher in that subject...

  3. I think there's nothing to panic. this happens with me too many times n i figured out that when i m low on iron, this happens to me. try taking iron rich foods/ iron supplement tablets for a few days. i bet that will work.

i read somewhere that one feels difficult to concentrate (especially true with teenagers) because their brain is hyperactive and they have more things that fascinate them. thats quite normal

if math and reading r difficult, some extra work can work. try doing more homework on th areas u feel difficult to concentrate. familiarity with the subject might help u to concentrate better.

would love to know how this helps :)
