I cannot connect to Internet via wireless - Ethernet OK.?

Just subscribed to ATT DSL. Ethernet connection works well. I cannot connect to internet via wireless. After 1 hour with ATT, they said it was a problem with Norton Internet Security. Has anyone else had this problem or do you have a solution? Thanks for your help.
