I cannot cut, copy and paste?

When I try to paste something to notepad, it says 'Hello!' ..i can drag stuff but cannot cut/copy anything. It's really annoying. I restored my computer but it didn't work either. Help needed fast!

A Virus!!

Download kaspersky free or trial, go to safe mode of windows and then scan with kaspersky your PC fully (registry memory files etc.)

then uninstall kaspersky and download spyware doctor trial or free, scan with it and you would be ok already, but for better performance and fully clean PC download ccleaner  to scan registry and delete c**p from PC not personal data nor programs even though kaspersky is the worlds best anti vir!!

I can assure you my PC is 100 % clean right now since i have kaspersky AVG ccleaner
