In Yahoo Mail you just click "cancel" instead of "send" . . . in other mail programs ????

cancel your e-mail account? cancel getting e-mails from a group?

to cancel or edit mail settings on a group- log onto the group, top middle page near title click edit membership- scroll to bottom and change how you get mail (maybe select no mail) click save changes.

or bottom right corner click leave group, next page confirm and click leave.
