I cannot find good teacher from USA?

i want find good teacher to teach in china.but by now, i cann't find the good one. cause the good need a salary so high.all the teacher come to me now are all oral english teacher. i want the math teacher ,

What level teacher do you seek?  You may be able to find a good Elementary teacher who has solid math skills who will be willing to go for the "adventure".

You could also try looking for retired educators....

There is a shortage of math teachers in the U.S, so they can easily find jobs here.  If they go to another country, they would expect a high salary to compensate for that.
