I cannot find the Administrator Control Panel on phpBB?

I cannot find it! I just downloaded it via. Install Centrall on Start Logic. And when I go to www.beingcybersafe.com/forum I cannot find the link

I don't know what Centrall is, but if you are using phpBB 3.xx there is a small link at the bottom of the page that will read "Administration Control Panel". It's right underneath where it says "Powered by phpBB". You will have to enter your username and password again before you can use it.
