I cannot get my son`s PS2 to come up on the tv screen when it was previously ok.?

I need to get AV3 channel back to do so but cannot find it... bemused. help!!!???

Have you tried getting it to work on other T.V's. I would siggest this before going out and buying another. It could be a faulty scart lead or socket.

check the format of vedio currently used to display of the channels its either NTSC of PAL plz refer to manual for safe procedures as tv models change with companies

n there must b a method to change either of them

else for a permanent solution buy a NTSC to PAL connverter

n to ur info PS2 supports PAL so see over tht too else refer to a technician over tht this will surely solve ur query

i had the same problem..for me it was because of a faulty remote / faulty tv reciever in the tv.

you could either buy a universal remote or a new tv

But it could be a problem with the pS2 which in that case just check it on another tv.

Options

1.  You should hit the input button on the remote or television to toggle between inputs until you get to AV3.

2.  Oddly enough there are some tv's (like my dad's) that channel 90-99 are the input channels.  I know it sounds weird, but it is what it is.

3.  If the first two do not work then change the connection to another and see if it is the input itself.

4.  Switch the cables to see if it is the cable itself.

One of these options should solve your problem.
