I cannot get the English language on my VPC-CG9

After reviewing your answers in detail, I find that your solution was for the wrong model. My model is not the HD-1000, but is the VPC-CG9. If you had read the information on that page you would have seen that it relates only to the HD-1000. I still need the correct answer and that is why I am posing the new question. The current language is in Japanese and I want my menu in English. Could you try again.
