I cannot identify this plant...I'm sure it is well known but for the life of me.........?

OK, so I actually have no darn clue what those yellow berries are, but it is driving me nuts because they look so familiar.  Here are two that I found online.  If my brain unfreezes and I get a clue, I will let you know.  The mushroom looks like it is from the Amanita species which are poisonous.
