I cannot install my OS because the monitor is saying that the computer stopped responding, there are choices like safe mode, safe mode with networking, safe mode with command prompt , last known good configuration , start windows normally but after clicking all the of them , my pc keeps on restarting and the speed of the CPU fan is not normal .there is this glimpse of the windows xp logo but after that I'm having the same result ... Please help me with this...
