well here is a idea you can do Empty all these folder:

Temporary Internet File folder as it holds all the icon junk on website you have been too..the next thing empty all cookie folders and all temp folders you find on your computer. Now scroll up your list on your start bar and look for disk cleanup..check that and it will look for folder that have to be clean out..not when it shows you check off everything on the list..and press OK..and it is done it will shut down. Not reboot your computer and try again..I empty these out every time im on the computer to help junk from building on and make my computer slow and also to help view the websites again..

now if it still is not working it is on there end not yours and it could have something to do with your server your on as well.
