I cannot open yahoo music jukebox?

I get a popup saying "Yahoo Music Jukebox has encountered a problem and need to close..Tell Microsoft about this problem.

I have tried to d/l Yahoo Music Jukebox...very unsuccessful

ya mine used to just freeze up within about 3 seconds of opening it. If i were you I would go here:

http://music.yahoo.com/jukebox/

and just install it again. once you've downloaded it and tried to install it, it'll either install properly or prompt you with a message saying that you already have the latest version of the jukebox. if it says this, then you need to uninstall the jukebox manually and then run the installer afterwards. I did this and it works great. for now...
