I am gathering you are talking about Yahoo Answers.  

Why you can't receive comments, I don't understand unless there are just no comments to be had.  Some questions sometimes don't spark up an immediate response.  If you can't delete, I am assuming you mean deleting your own answer, well, you should be able to do that, if you place your mouse on the "delete" button (not the edit button next to it).

Other than that, I am not sure what you mean.  But here's my comment.

Yahoo is putting together an entire new platform that they are shooting for Jan. 8, 2008 as the date it will be put into use for us here.

Due to this changeover .. they have stopped doing maintenance on the bugs in our 360 sites. They are lots of bugs and glitches that are not being attended to right now, because they are concentrating all efforts on preparing the new platform.

Everyone is having problems similar to yours friend.. be patient and don't get too frustrated with yahoo..

They are working on something improved and hopefully it will be something great!
