I cannot seem to figure out how to show groups on my profile. So what is considered Private and Public?

  1. Butterfly Kisses has it correct, you should stop trying to use this feature. See http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;... for more details.

    Open membership means that anyone can join and leave the group as they please, so that is a Public group. Any other group is private as there is some restriction where member ship requests must be approved or you have to be invited to join.


  2. The option to show your groups on your 360 profile page stopped working a few months back. You can't get it to work any more, but you could put links in a blog entry or a blog roll if you like. The glitches in 360 aren't being fixed at the moment because the 360 team are working on a new platform to replace it early this year some time.
