you probably forgot your id or password or forgot something from it. just try to make a new account and say you are older. that will help. it will save time from trying.

I think that you may be having difficulty  with this because you may be typing in the wrong thing.  Try to make sure that your email and password are correct.  If not, then go to the section where they say if you forgot your password.  If that does not work, someone must have erased your account or it might have been canceled or frozen.  I hope that I was able to help you out.
