  1. jerk off, I'm out like a light after a good session

for 6:30 I would say no later than 11

  2. I'm a teen too and I also have tons of trouble falling asleep at night. But I found a few things that can help falling asleep a lot easier.

I find that doing some sort of quick and easy exercises before I go to sleep help. Something that wears your body out like sit-ups or push-ups are pretty good. Also, I love to listen to music as well. But I found out that if you leave it on while you sleep it keeps your brain pretty active. So what I would do is listen to it for a bit and then right before you fall asleep, turn the tunes off. Another thing you may want to try is a bubble bath. Like, seriously, those are awesome. Find some bubbles with a scent that makes you feel relaxed and use it!

If I were you, I'd go to bed between 9:00 and 10:30. I have a 5:00 wake-up call for school and I go to bed around 10:30 most nights.

Anyway, I hope my advice helps! Sweet dreams!

  3. Niki, dear girl, sleeping does not make your face oily...it merely happens because your body has changing amounts of hormones because you are a teen.

Actually, the more sleep you get, the better you will feel, the more easily you will learn, and the slimmer you will be!  Since your body is still in a growth stage, you are growing and maturing ONLY when you sleep!  Did you know that?!

Medical evidence is pointing more and more to the fact that stressed-out folks who do not get enough sleep get fatter quicker, because the body produces hormones that trigger that "I've eaten and I am full" feeling only after 7-9 hours of sleep.

You may be too wound up to rest at night...you should engage in quieter activities, and not do exercise in the evening...

So, take a warm bath or shower, read for a bit and relax and practice deep breathing after you climb into bed--you'll be asleep in no time.

You need 8-9 hours of sleep, due to the  growing you are still undergoing...teens these days rarely get what they need, but you should try!
