I cannot speak well bcoz my left side of the head has been damage.. does my vucabulary ever cam back?when?

im under a operation last yr because the left side of my head has been accidentally hit on the floor and when i woke up i cannot speak normally.. doctor said that there a blood clog on my left side of the head and my part of speech has been damage on that accident.. now im suffering because i cannot speak well.. does everything back to normal again? but when?

I dont know, but i work with people who have had strokes and they loose their speech to, If you are offered speech therapy, please do it, and listen to your therapist and do everything she tells you, Most people feel stupid making baby noises again i.e. ooooo aaaaaa rrrrrrrr pppppp but you must do it, bcos this will help you to speak again, the more you practise the quicker it will get better.

The blood clot on the left side of your head has affected the speaking part of your brain.  I had a friend that totally lost his speech capability because of a strokes and blood clot in the brain. The best thing to do is to get speech therapy. If your speaking can improve, speech therapy will help it improve faster. Work with it, friend. Work with it.  It will take work, but I think it will improve.  No one can tell you if and when you will be normal again.  So get some speech therapy.  And pray to Jesus that He will heal you.  That is possible, friend.
