I cant add my picture to my profile It takes me to the Yahoo member directory why?

Question

I understand yahoo is now allowing us to add and update our profile pictures,but when I click edit picture it takes me to the Yahoo members directory instead. I have tried several times to no avail. One time I was able to get the edit picture page to come up but when i loaded my picture and cropped it there was no place to save it and it was not on my profile. How do I get to the edit picture page and save my picture to my profile?

members  directory is individual profile,

the pop-up is similar to yahoo locals/ my local"change image"

cropping auto saves as image in list, you then view slide for images and choose one for profile,
