I cant afford braces...please help?

i'm 14 and i really need braces. like my teeth are way too crooked and its sucking away my self esteem. is there any way i can get braces for free? or get them cheaper? my family cant afford to get braces for me right now and i cant get a job or babysit or anything cause my parents wont let me. should i ask my grandparents to help? & if i get them done by a dental student, how much would it cost & would it be safe??

I can tell you right now, that you won't get them for free anywhere, no harshness intended.

kiya is right, the chances of getting braces for free are slim to none. do you have dental insurance? that would help, but if you don't you could ask for a monthly payment plan so you don't have to pay it all right now. if all else fails, it wouldn't hurt to ask your grandparents for some help :]
