  1. Go to a Dr. you might have asthma

  2. Do some other exercises, this may help your breathing problem but if you continue to experience problems with breathing you should see a doctor, if that's the case where you can't breathe during any exercise then you likely have a form of asthma called exercise-induced asthma. I actually had a form of this when I had a lung infection but it's since gone away but if you have no infection it is possible that this is a permanent diagnosis and that you can't get rid of it. Your doctor will likely give you an inhaler with about 150 pumps and the typical use rate is 1 pump before any workout, 2 before strenuous workouts and don't use it more than once every 4 hours with the exception of one during an asthma attack.

  3. go to a docter right away. they can give you medicine for that

  4. Sounds like you have athletic asthma. See a doctor.
